Learn how to get Radiant Dreamshadow in Aniimo, unlock Irisalis Transmog, reroll cosmetic parts and avoid wasting premium currency.
23.09.2026Short answer: Radiant Dreamshadow is Aniimo’s premium Transmog currency for rerolling the cosmetic parts of a Legendary Aniimo. It does not improve stats or abilities. At launch, it is intended for Irisalis: obtain Dreamshadows from the paid Advanced Companion Handbook or the limited First Encounter in Light pack, befriend Irisalis through the Legendary Journey, then open its Transmog screen. Irisalis and its exclusive Transmog feature become available on September 25, 2026, so an item claimed earlier may not yet have a usable target.
Radiant Dreamshadow has a broad item description, but its actual launch use is narrow. It does not recolor every creature in your collection, create a Prismana form or unlock a combat upgrade. Instead, it powers a layered cosmetic-reroll system for Legendary Aniimo.
This guide explains the live launch rules, the steps required before the Transmog button appears and the difference between Radiant Dreamshadow and the cheaper Glimmering Driftshadow. Details were checked on September 23, 2026, including Aniimo’s official Version 1.1 announcement. Shop availability, prices and reward tracks can change, so the current in-game screen remains authoritative before any purchase.
Radiant Dreamshadow is a Legendary-rarity appearance currency. One use performs a Transmog roll, generating a new combination of cosmetic parts for an eligible Legendary Aniimo. The result can change features such as its color, wings, headwear, body treatment and visual effects as those slots become available.
The system is cosmetic. A rare-looking result does not increase Irisalis’s attack, defenses, potential, skills or elemental performance. Sparkling forms, Prismana forms, innate potential and Transmog appearance are separate systems, even when their visual language seems similar.
| Item or form | Main purpose | Changes combat stats? |
|---|---|---|
| Radiant Dreamshadow | Full Legendary Transmog rolls and locked-part rerolls | No |
| Glimmering Driftshadow | Limited early-part Transmog rolls | No |
| Sparkling form | Alternate appearance obtained through its own mechanics | Separate from Transmog |
| Prismana form | Rare form with separate progression and acquisition rules | Not created by Dreamshadow |
Owning a Radiant Dreamshadow does not automatically unlock a button in the general Aniimo management menu. Aniimo’s official September 23 update states that Irisalis’s Legendary Journey begins on September 25, 2026. Players must reach Student I, craft the Legendary Aniipod: Irisalis with Iris Petals and befriend Irisalis. Its exclusive Transmog ability unlocks only afterward.
This explains the most common launch-week confusion: players can see or claim the currency before owning an eligible Legendary creature. If no Transmog option appears, check these conditions before reporting a bug:
The first launch source is the paid Advanced track of the Companion Handbook. Current launch guides and the GameSpot report place Radiant Dreamshadow rewards at Handbook levels 35 and 65, for two total items. The free reward track does not provide the same premium rewards.
Inspect the reward icons in your own season before purchasing. A live-service pass can be revised, and some launch reward tables circulating online disagree about individual higher-level slots. Buying the Advanced track does not skip the requirement to earn Handbook progress and claim the relevant levels.
The limited launch pack is the direct bulk source. Current client-based references list 10 Radiant Dreamshadows for 380 Lumin Crystals, with a limit of three purchases. Its scheduled sale window begins on September 25 and ends on October 8, 2026. Server time and regional presentation can differ, so verify the countdown and contents inside Shop > Packs before spending.
The Aniimart interface includes a Transmog Shop structure associated with Transmog Essence, but launch references indicate that this exchange is not initially open. Events or later updates may add earnable Dreamshadows, yet players should not treat an unavailable future exchange as a current farming method.
The official event is scheduled through December 9 in Europe and the Americas, extending into December 10 in the APAC schedule because of timezone differences. Do not wait until the final reset to begin collecting weekly-limited petals.
Each roll creates a new appearance assembled from separate slots. Early rolls begin with Color, while continued Transmog progress opens more control. Current launch-client references show the following progression:
| Appearance slot | Transmog progress | What it controls |
|---|---|---|
| Color | Available initially | Primary palette |
| Wings | 150 | Wing design |
| Headwear | 400 | Head ornament |
| Body | 750 | Body treatment |
| Effects | 1,200 | High-level visual effects |
A standard roll consumes one compatible item while no parts are locked. When a desirable part appears, you may lock it so later rolls preserve it. Each lock increases the next Radiant Dreamshadow cost, and at least one part must remain open. Check the confirmation screen carefully; locking mediocre pieces too early can turn an experimental roll into an expensive one.
Results are not automatically permanent. Transmog History keeps the best recent combinations by score, and the Save & Apply action commits the appearance. Preset slots let you keep alternate looks. Review the history before applying because confirming a result can clear the stored comparison list.
Irisalis launches with four named design families:
Parts roll separately, so receiving one Legendary component does not guarantee a complete matching set. The game’s guarantee and rarity display should be read per active slot and current lock state. Saving mixed parts may produce a higher personal-value look than chasing a perfectly matched set.
Glimmering Driftshadow is the lower-cost alternative associated with Iris Petals. It rerolls the early Color, Wings and Headwear parts, cannot be used after a part is locked and does not build progress for restricted later slots in the same way. When both currencies are available and no locks prevent it, the game may spend Glimmering items first.
The efficient approach is to use Glimmering Driftshadows for early experimentation, then reserve Radiant Dreamshadows for locked-part rolls or the later Body and Effects progression. Use the “Use Exclusively” control where available if you want to prevent the game from consuming the premium currency unexpectedly.
Platform-wallet note: The linked Epinpay products add compatible Steam or Xbox/Microsoft account balance. They are not Aniimo codes and do not contain Radiant Dreamshadow, Irisalis, the Companion Handbook or Lumin Crystals. Confirm Aniimo’s checkout route, platform, store country and wallet currency before purchasing. A wallet code does not guarantee that a particular in-game pack can be bought in your region.

You need an eligible Legendary Aniimo. At launch, that means befriending Irisalis through its Legendary Journey after the event begins on September 25, 2026; doing so unlocks Irisalis’s Transmog option.
No. Transmog changes Irisalis’s visual parts but does not alter attack, defenses, skills, innate potential or other combat performance.
