Epinpay Product & Listing Policy

1. Purpose

This policy explains how products offered on Epinpay are selected and listed, and which products are not sold.

2. General Principles

• Epinpay sells only digital products such as digital game codes, e-pins, gift cards, and in-game currency top-ups.
• All products are sourced from Epinpay's contracted suppliers and sold to users by Epinpay. There are no independent third-party sellers on the Platform; users cannot list or sell products.
• Product listings, descriptions, and prices are created and managed by Epinpay.
• For transparency, the name and offer details of the supplier from which a product is sourced may be shown for some products. This does not change the fact that Epinpay is the seller.

3. Products We Do Not Sell

Epinpay does not sell the following products and content:

• Illegal, stolen, or fraudulently obtained products,
• Hacks, bots, exploits, or other cheating tools,
• Products that infringe intellectual property rights,
• Adult, violent, or hate-related content,
• Game accounts or digital assets transferred in breach of publisher terms.

4. Product Information Standards

• Title: The product name, quantity, and any regional restrictions are clearly stated.
• Description: The usage method, activation conditions, and special terms are explained.
• Image: Representative images may be used, but they are not misleading.
• Price: The total price including taxes is shown transparently, without hidden fees or misleading discounts.

5. Supplier Obligations

Under their contracts with Epinpay, our suppliers must provide only genuine, valid products obtained through authorized channels. Epinpay is responsible to the user for incorrect or incomplete deliveries caused by a supplier and separately exercises its contractual rights against the supplier.

6. User Rights

• Users are entitled to receive the product as described on the product page.
• If a product is incorrect, incomplete, or invalid, the user may contact the Epinpay support team. Details are set out in the Refund Policy and the Buyer Protection Policy.

7. Removal of Products

Epinpay removes from sale any products found to be faulty, problematic, or in breach of applicable law or game publisher terms, and reports to the competent authorities where necessary. Business relationships with suppliers that provide problematic products may be suspended or terminated.

8. Updates

Epinpay may update this policy. The updated version takes effect once published on epinpay.com.
