Epinpay Product Listing Policy

1. Purpose

 

This policy has been prepared to regulate the rules that sellers must follow during the product listing process on the Epinpay platform and to ensure that users enjoy a safe, transparent, and seamless shopping experience.

 

2. General Principles

 

Epinpay only allows the sale of digital products, game codes and e-pins
Sellers may list only the products they own and can deliver.
Product listings must be accurate, complete, and non-misleading.
Sellers are responsible for regularly updating stock information.
The stockless dropshipping feature is available only to Premium members.

 

3. Prohibited Products

 

The following items are strictly prohibited:
– Illegal, stolen, or fraudulent products,
– Hacks, bots, exploits, or cheating tools,
– Products that infringe on intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, patents),
– Adult, pornographic, violent, or hate-related content,
– Unauthorized third-party accounts or prohibited digital assets.

 

4. Product Information Rules

 

Title: The product’s name, quantity, and any regional restriction (if applicable) must be clearly stated.
Description: The product’s usage method, activation period, and special conditions must be described.
Image: Representative visuals may be used, but they must not be misleading.
Price: Must be transparent and may not contain hidden fees, misleading discounts, or false information.

 

5. Seller Obligations

 

– Deliver the correct and complete product as described in the listing.
– Compensate for incomplete or incorrect deliveries.
– Do not direct users outside the platform.
– Avoid creating misleading or fake listings.
– Comply with the delivery time specified in the product listing.

 

6. Buyer Rights

 

– Buyers have the right to request delivery of the product in accordance with the listing details.
– If the product is incorrect, incomplete, or defective, the buyer may contact the Epinpay support team.

 

7. Violations and Sanctions

 

Epinpay reserves the right to intervene in the following situations:
– Listing of misleading, fake, or prohibited products,
– Failure to deliver or incorrect product delivery,
– Engaging in behavior that harms the buyer.

 

Sanctions:
– Removal of the related product,
– Temporary suspension of the seller’s account,
– Permanent account closure in case of repeated or serious violations,
– Reporting to legal authorities if necessary.
Epinpay reserves the right to indefinitely suspend accounts in cases of false or defective product delivery.

 

8. Updates

 

Epinpay reserves the right to update the Product Listing Policy at any time. The updated version becomes effective once published on epinpay.com.
