This Refunds, Returns & Chargeback Policy has been prepared in accordance with applicable United Arab Emirates (UAE) laws and regulations, including, without limitation, Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Trading Through Modern Technology (E-Commerce), and Federal Law No. 1 of 2006 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services.
In accordance with the above legislation and international digital commerce principles, the right of withdrawal or cancellation may not apply to digital content once it has been successfully delivered and made accessible, to the extent permitted under applicable laws.
By completing a purchase, the user expressly acknowledges and agrees that the digital product is deemed consumed upon delivery, and that refunds or exchanges are therefore limited as described in this Policy.
Refunds or replacements may be considered solely at the discretion of Paynbuy Technology in the following limited circumstances:
Technical malfunction attributable to the platform;
Delivery of an invalid, incorrect, or non-functional digital code;
Incomplete or failed delivery confirmed by system records.

Issues arising from user error, including but not limited to incorrect account or user ID entry, improper use, or device, region, or platform incompatibility, are not eligible for refunds.
The use of digital products and any benefits derived therefrom are entirely the user’s responsibility.
Users may document the purchase and redemption process at their own discretion. Such documentation is optional and does not override system records maintained by Paynbuy.
Paynbuy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases involving breach of terms, fraud, abuse, or illegal activities.
No refunds shall be issued for digital products already delivered or consumed under such circumstances.
Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to specific terms and validity periods. Unused bonuses automatically expire and are non-refundable.
Activities violating game publisher rules may result in account sanctions. Paynbuy bears no responsibility and no refunds shall be issued in such cases.
Users must contact customer support prior to initiating chargebacks. Paynbuy may contest chargebacks by providing transaction, delivery, and system evidence.
If transactions are verified as authorized, no refund will be granted. False claims may result in permanent account restrictions.
System records may be used as conclusive evidence in disputes, refunds, and chargeback cases.
Paynbuy Technology acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions on the platform.
This Policy applies to international users to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
