Refund Policy

 

1. General Provisions

 

All products and services purchased through Epinpay.com are digital in nature and fall under the category of goods delivered immediately. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Distance Contracts Regulation, and relevant international agreements. The user/consumer accepts and undertakes that the purchased product or service is considered consumed upon delivery and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, in the event of a technical error originating from the product, invalid/incorrect code delivery, or defective delivery, the user has the right to return or exchange the product. In this case, the store should be contacted.

 

2. User Responsibilities

 

Problems arising from the user's own errors (incorrect account ID entry, misuse, device incompatibility, etc.) are not covered by the return policy. The use of digital products and the benefits derived therefrom are the responsibility of the user. The user may document the stages of the product's purchase and activation process with video recordings in order to prove technical errors, invalid/incorrect code delivery, or defective delivery arising from the product. This practice is entirely left to the user's own initiative.

 

3. Account Violations and Terms of Use

 

If Epinpay detects behavior by users that violates the terms of service: It reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the user's account. In this case, the user agrees that they cannot request a refund of payments after the account is closed.

 

4. Bonuses and Promotions

 

Bonuses and promotions provided periodically by Epinpay can be used within the specified period starting from the delivery date. Bonuses that are not used within the specified period will be automatically canceled. The user cannot request that these bonuses be reissued.

 

5. Game Rules and Illegal Transactions

 

Gold purchases, power-up actions, or transactions conducted through illegal means outside the game's rules may result in the account being closed by the relevant game provider. In such cases, Epinpay accepts no responsibility and no refunds will be issued.
