Distance Selling Contract

1. Parties

This Distance Selling Contract (the “Contract”) is concluded electronically between the following parties.

SELLER: One of the following companies, depending on the payment method selected for the order. The SELLER is stated during checkout and on the invoice issued.

BUYER: The person purchasing digital products and/or services through the epinpay.com website (the “Platform”).

All products sold on the Platform are sourced from the SELLER's contracted suppliers and sold directly to the BUYER by the SELLER. There are no independent third-party sellers on the Platform. Supplier names and offer details shown on some products for transparency do not change the BUYER's contractual counterparty; the BUYER's counterparty is always the SELLER.

2. Subject of the Contract

The subject of this Contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the digital product and/or service ordered electronically by the BUYER on the Platform, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. Product, Price, and Payment

The products covered by this Contract are intangible goods such as digital game codes, e-pins, gift cards, and in-game currency top-ups. The product type, quantity, region and platform information, total price including taxes, and payment method are as shown on the order page and order summary.

Payment is made through the payment methods offered on the Platform and via licensed payment service providers. Any additional fees related to the payment method are shown to the BUYER before the order is confirmed.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered electronically after payment confirmation, via your Platform account, on-screen display, or e-mail. Delivery generally takes place instantly or within the period stated on the product page, and in any case within the statutory 30-day period. If a product cannot be delivered, the BUYER is informed and the amount paid is refunded within 14 days at the latest.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts relating to services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. When confirming the order, the BUYER acknowledges that the product will be delivered instantly and that there is no right of withdrawal after delivery.

Orders that have been paid for but not yet delivered will be cancelled and refunded at the BUYER's request.

6. Defective Products and Statutory Remedies

If the delivered product is invalid, incorrect, incomplete, or different from the listing, the BUYER may exercise the statutory remedies under Article 11 of Law No. 6502 and other applicable consumer laws. In such cases, it is sufficient for the BUYER to contact [email protected] or the support system on the Platform. For justified requests, the product is replaced or the amount is refunded, at the BUYER's choice, to the payment method or to the Epinpay balance. Details are set out in the Refund Policy.

7. BUYER's Obligations

Before ordering, the BUYER must check the product description and region/platform compatibility, and enter the account/user ID information required for delivery correctly. The SELLER is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information entered by the BUYER.

8. Pre-Contractual Information

The BUYER acknowledges having been informed, before the Contract was concluded, through the pre-information form, of the SELLER's name, address, and contact details, the main characteristics of the product, the total price including taxes, payment and delivery information, and the absence of a right of withdrawal.

9. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, the Privacy Policy, and the KVKK Information Notice.

10. Dispute Resolution

For BUYERs residing in Türkiye, Turkish law applies. Within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Trade, the Consumer Arbitration Boards at the BUYER's place of residence or where the transaction was made have jurisdiction, and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction above these limits. The mandatory consumer protection rules of the place of residence of BUYERs in other countries are reserved.

11. Entry into Force

This Contract is concluded and enters into force when the BUYER electronically confirms it on the Platform and completes the order. The Contract is retained by the SELLER and sent to the BUYER by e-mail.
