– Only valid, original, and deliverable digital products may be listed.
– Listing titles, descriptions, and visuals must not be misleading or incomplete.
– The delivered product must exactly match the content described in the listing.
– In case of incomplete or incorrect delivery, the seller is obligated to compensate for the product.
– Seller earnings can be withdrawn after a blocking period of 14 days for Basic Stores, 10 days for Gold Stores, and 7 days for Platinum Stores. Premium sellers have a 7-day hold period.
– Epinpay reserves the right to extend the blocking period for high-value transactions.
– Balance withdrawals are processed only on business days.
– Sellers cannot redirect buyers outside the platform or offer alternative payment methods.
– The stockless dropshipping feature is available only to Premium members and requires at least 10 successful transactions. This feature may be disabled in case of incorrect delivery.
– Repeated violations may result in indefinite suspension of the seller's account.
– Before purchasing, the buyer must carefully check the product description, game region, and activation conditions.
– Choosing the wrong game, region, or incompatible product is the buyer's responsibility.
– After delivery, the buyer cannot request a cancellation for arbitrary reasons.
– In the event of incorrect or incomplete delivery, the buyer may contact the Epinpay Support Team.
– Buyers may submit screenshots or video recordings to support their claims, entirely at their discretion.
– Buyers must communicate securely with the seller only through the Epinpay platform.
– Personal information or payment requests made outside the platform should not be trusted.
– If a violation is detected, the buyer’s refund rights are preserved, and the transaction is canceled.
– Any suspected fraudulent transactions must be reported to Epinpay immediately.
– All buyers are entitled to the rights outlined in the Epinpay Buyer Protection Policy.
