Epinpay User Rules

These rules apply to all users who register with and shop on Epinpay. There are no independent sellers on Epinpay; all products are sourced from contracted suppliers and sold by Epinpay.

Account Rules

• Only persons aged 18 or over may register.
• Each user may open only one account; account information must be accurate and up to date.
• Do not share your password with anyone; you are responsible for the security of your account.
• Identity or phone verification may be requested where necessary.

Purchase Rules

• Before purchasing, carefully check the product description, game region, and activation conditions.
• Issues caused by entering the wrong game, region, or account information are the user's responsibility.
• There is no right of withdrawal for delivered digital products; your statutory rights for incorrect or incomplete deliveries are preserved.
• In case of incorrect or incomplete delivery, you may contact the Epinpay Support Team and support your request with screenshots or video recordings.

Prohibited Conduct

• Purchasing with stolen payment instruments or instruments belonging to others,
• Making unjustified chargebacks or false refund claims,
• Using bots, automation, or similar tools that compromise the security of the Platform,
• Opening fake or duplicate accounts,
• Abusing promotions, bonuses, or the EP system.

Violation of these rules may result in account restriction, suspension, or closure.

Safe Communication

• Epinpay will never ask for your password or card details by e-mail or message.
• Do not trust payment or personal information requests made outside the Platform in Epinpay's name.
• Report suspicious activity to Epinpay immediately.
