Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our platform. By accessing or using the Epinpay platform, you acknowledge that you accept these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use our platform.
Epinpay reserves the right to modify, edit, suspend, or discontinue its services (as defined below) at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to impose limitations on certain features or restrict your access to some or all of the Epinpay services.
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the rules for using all services offered through the epinpay.com website.
1.2. Anyone who visits the platform, becomes a member, or performs any transaction is deemed to have accepted this Agreement.
1.3. Individuals who do not use the Platform, cancel their membership, or do not accept the terms and conditions cannot benefit from Epinpay services.
1.4. Epinpay reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate its services without prior notice.
Platform: epinpay.com and related digital services.
Seller: A real/legal person who lists and sells products on the Platform.
Buyer: A person who purchases products through the Platform.
Product: Intangible goods such as digital game codes, e-pins, in-game currency etc.
Premium Member: A paid membership with special benefits.
Blocking Period: The period during which the seller's earnings are held before they can be withdrawn.
Epinpay Support Team: Customer service responsible for resolving user issues.
KVKK: Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.
3.1. Only users over the age of 18 can become members of the Platform.
3.2. Users under the age of 18 may create an account with the express permission of their parents or legal guardians.
3.3. Users are obligated to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Epinpay reserves the right to suspend accounts in case of false information.
3.4. Each user may only open one account. If a fake account is opened, the transaction will be canceled and the account may be permanently closed.
3.5. The user is responsible for the password and security of their account. Epinpay is not liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized access.
4.1. The Platform may only be used for legal and honest purposes.
4.2. The User may not list products that infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
4.3. The sale of counterfeit, stolen, or illegal products through the Platform is strictly prohibited.
4.4. Users may not use Epinpay for fraudulent transactions, scams, or money laundering.
4.5. Users may not redirect buyers or sellers outside the platform or offer alternative payment methods.
5.1. Sellers may only list genuine and deliverable products.
5.2. The listing title and descriptions must contain accurate, non-misleading information.
5.3. The seller guarantees that the product delivered to the buyer will be exactly as described in the listing.
5.4. In the event of incomplete or incorrect product delivery, the seller is obligated to compensate for the product.
5.5. Seller earnings can be withdrawn after a 10–15 day (depending on seller level) hold period following the completion of the sale.
5.6. The hold period for Premium sellers is 7 days.
5.7. For high-value transactions, Epinpay reserves the right to extend the hold period for risk control purposes.
5.8. Balance withdrawals are only processed on business days. Balance withdrawal requests made on weekends or public holidays are carried over to the next business day.
5.9. Sellers can only use the stockless dropshipping feature with a Premium membership. This feature is disabled in case of incorrect delivery.
5.10. Stores must have at least 10 successful transactions to benefit from the stockless dropshipping feature.
5.11. A fixed 14-day hold applies to sales other than dropshipping and E-PIN.
5.12. A fixed 5% commission rate applies to sales other than E-PIN sales.
5.13. Stores must have 10 successful transactions to retain their store features.
5.14. The seller acknowledges that their account may be suspended indefinitely for repeated violations.
6.1. The buyer is responsible for checking the product description, game region, and activation conditions before purchase.
6.2. Digital products are delivered immediately after payment. Therefore, the buyer cannot request a cancellation arbitrarily.
6.3. The buyer can only communicate with the seller through Epinpay. Redirecting outside the platform is prohibited.
6.4. The buyer has the right to return defective or invalid products and may provide supporting documents (screenshots or video recordings).
6.5. The buyer must immediately report any suspected fraudulent transactions to the Epinpay support team.
7.1. Digital products are delivered automatically or manually after payment.
7.2. Pursuant to Article 15/ğ of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for digital products.
7.3. Returns are only possible for defective, incomplete, or invalid product deliveries.
7.4. Return requests must be made in writing to the Epinpay support team.
7.5. If the seller delivers a defective product, the buyer will receive a refund and the seller will be penalized.
8.1. The amount paid by the buyer is held in a secure escrow account until the product is delivered.
8.2. Payment is not made to the seller until the product is delivered.
8.3. If the buyer receives a defective product, the payment is refunded.
8.4. In cases of fraud attempts, the buyer receives full protection from the Epinpay support team.
9.1. The seller is guaranteed payment when the correct product is delivered.
9.2. Incorrect selection, incorrect information entry, or arbitrary cancellation by the buyer shall not be attributed to the seller.
9.3. Epinpay records all deliveries. In case of disputes, these records may be used as evidence in favor of the seller.
9.4. Seller earnings are paid securely after the hold period.
10.1. Sellers may only list products they own or have the right to sell.
10.2. Misleading, incomplete, or incorrect product listings are prohibited.
10.3. Epinpay reserves the right to remove counterfeit or illegal products.
10.4. In case of violations, the seller may be temporarily suspended or permanently banned.
11.1. Users' personal data is processed in accordance with KVKK and relevant legislation.
11.2. Data is stored solely for the purpose of providing the service and fulfilling legal obligations.
11.3. Personal data is not shared with third parties without explicit consent.
11.4. Details are regulated in the Epinpay Privacy Policy and KVKK Information Text.
12.1. The User must first contact the Epinpay support team.
12.2. For unresolved disputes:
For users in Turkey, Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts,
For international users, the consumer legislation of their country of residence applies.
13.1. All content, brands, and logos on the platform belong to Epinpay.
13.2. Users may not copy, reproduce, or share content without permission.
13.3. In case of violation, Epinpay reserves the right to pursue legal action.
14.1. Epinpay reserves the right to update the Terms and Conditions at any time.
14.2. The updated text shall enter into force upon publication on epinpay.com.
14.3. Users' continued use of the platform constitutes their acceptance of the updates.
