The display of an ad on the Platform does not mean that Epinpay endorses the Advertiser or its products or services. Epinpay is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites, or for transactions users conduct with them. This does not limit Epinpay's liability for intent or gross negligence, or consumers' statutory rights.

Third-Party Privacy Policies

We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of third-party websites before sharing any personal information. Advertising and measurement cookies on the Platform are used only as described in the Cookie Policy and, where required, with your consent.

Modification of Ads

Epinpay reserves the right to reject, modify, or remove any ad it deems inappropriate for the Platform.
