Feel secure with every transaction you make through Epinpay. The Epinpay Buyer Protection Policy ensures that sellers complete your order as specified.
This policy has been prepared to ensure the safety of buyers shopping through Epinpay, protect their rights, and provide a transparent shopping experience.
Epinpay holds the amount paid by the buyer in a secure escrow account (provision) until the transaction is completed.
Payment is only transferred to the seller after the product is delivered correctly and in full.
If the product is not delivered as described, the buyer can contact the Epinpay Support Team to request a transaction cancellation or compensation.
Correct Product Delivery: The seller is obligated to deliver the content specified in the listing description in full.
Incorrect Product: If the buyer receives an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid product, they can report this to the support team with proof.
Money-Back Guarantee: If a violation is detected, the product price will be refunded to the buyer's balance or payment method.
Secure Communication: The buyer communicates with the seller securely only through the Epinpay platform. Redirections outside the platform are not accepted.
Privacy: The buyer's personal data is protected under the KVKK and is not shared with third parties.
The following situations are excluded from the Buyer Protection Policy:
– The buyer selecting the wrong game/product after purchasing it,
– The buyer's game account being banned, closed, or experiencing technical issues after activating the product,
– The purchased product being subsequently modified or restricted by the game developer/producer,
– The buyer's misuse or loss of the product due to their own fault.
In the event of a dispute between the buyer and seller, the buyer shall first contact Epinpay customer service.
Epinpay will review the dispute and attempt to produce a fair and impartial solution.
In unresolved cases, Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts in Turkey have jurisdiction.
If the seller is proven to have delivered a defective product:
– The transaction is canceled and the buyer's payment is refunded,
– Relevant sanctions (penalty points, suspension, disabling of dropshipping feature) are applied to the seller.
In cases of repeated violations, the seller's account may be suspended indefinitely.
Epinpay reserves the right to update its Buyer Protection Policy at any time. The updated policy becomes effective as soon as it is published on epinpay.com.
