Epinpay Seller Protection Policy

1. Purpose

 

The Epinpay Seller Protection Policy is designed to safeguard the rights of sellers on the platform, prevent unjust buyer claims, and ensure a fair and reliable trading environment.

 

2. General Principles

 

Sellers may only list valid, genuine, and deliverable digital products.
Buyers cannot request cancellations for products that have been correctly delivered.
Epinpay acts as a neutral intermediary and is committed to providing fair and impartial protection for sellers.

 

3. Seller Rights

 

Payment Security: Once the seller delivers the product in accordance with the listing, payment is guaranteed.
Protection Against Unfair Cancellations: Buyer mistakes, such as wrong product selection or account details, do not affect the seller.
Confidentiality: Sellers’ personal and business information is protected under data privacy laws (KVKK).
Balance Security: Seller earnings are stored in a secure escrow account and paid only to the seller.

 

4. Withdrawal of Earnings and Blocking Period

 

Seller earnings can be withdrawn after a blocking period of 14 days for Basic Stores, 10 days for Gold Stores, and 7 days for Platinum Stores.
For Premium Sellers, the blocking period is 7 days.
Epinpay reserves the right to extend the blocking period for high-value transactions as part of its risk control measures.
Withdrawal requests are processed only on business days.

 

5. Situations Not Covered by Protection

 

Seller protection does not apply in the following cases:
– Delivery of defective, incomplete, or invalid products,
– Listing products that do not match their descriptions,
– Failure to update stock information or deliver the product.

 

6. Sanctions and Compensation Obligations

 

If a seller delivers an incomplete or incorrect product, they are obligated to compensate for it.
If compensation is not made:
– The transaction is canceled and the buyer is refunded,
– The seller’s account may be reviewed or suspended,
– In case of repeated violations, the account may be suspended indefinitely.
The stockless dropshipping feature is available only to Premium sellers and requires at least 10 successful transactions. This feature may be disabled if incorrect deliveries occur.
Epinpay recommends keeping your seller reliability score above 90%.

 

7. Epinpay’s Seller Protection Mechanisms

 

Anti-Fraud System: Prevents fraudulent activities by buyers.
Double Verification: Products can be verified by both Epinpay and the buyer when necessary.
Transaction Records: All deliveries are logged and can be used as evidence in favor of the seller in disputes.
Secure Payment: Seller payments are protected not only after buyer confirmation but also following Epinpay’s verification process.

 

8. Dispute Resolution

 

In case of a dispute between buyer and seller, the seller may contact the Epinpay Support Team.
Epinpay conducts an impartial review and provides a fair resolution.
Unresolved disputes are subject to Consumer Courts.

 

9. Updates

 

Epinpay reserves the right to update the Seller Protection Policy at any time.
